Our Signature Group Training Program will be:
Lunch Time Crunch
The primary goal of this program is to give those participants that are time restricted (ie. work, mothers, etc) a timeframe of 60 minutes (lunch time) to – come in, order lunch, change clothes, exercise, clean up, change clothes back again, pick up lunch, and be on their way. If you are one of those individuals that enjoy structured programs, and have a small “window of opportunity” in which to exercise, than this is the program for you.
(30 day Package, includes Lunch from special menu w/ bottled water):
- 8 sessions (2x per week – Tuesday/Thursday)
- 12 sessions (3x per week – Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
- 16 sessions (4x per week – Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)
- 20 sessions (5x per week – Monday-Friday)
