We will be offering “special” group classes with Personal Trainers or Group Exercise Instructors. These classes would be separate and in addition to our regular Group Exercise Schedule of classes which are included in the cost of the membership. Trainers and Instructors will determine the need for most of the classes based on member interest. These small groups consist of 3-6 individuals with a common goal and similar fitness levels. You will all train together 2-3 times per week for a 30 day period of time. If you enjoy the camaraderie and peer support of a group, this is a smart choice. These programs are also the most cost effective way to have a Trainer or Coach guide you and instruct you toward your health & fitness goals.

  • Circuit Training (resistance & cardio workout)
  • Modular Training (resistance)
  • Interval Training (cardio)
  • Cardio Boot Camp (body resistance, bands, cardio)
  • Functional Training (resistance, bands, boards, balls)
  • MMA Training (mixed martial training techniques)-non sparring

   
 

Our Signature Group Training Program will be:

  • Lunch Time Crunch
  • The primary goal of this program is to give those participants that are time restricted (ie. work, mothers, etc) a timeframe of 60 minutes (lunch time) to – come in, order lunch, change clothes, exercise, clean up, change clothes back again, pick up lunch, and be on their way. If you are one of those individuals that enjoy structured programs, and have a small “window of opportunity” in which to exercise, than this is the program for you.
     
    (30 day Package, includes Lunch from special menu w/ bottled water):

      • 8 sessions (2x per week – Tuesday/Thursday)
      • 12 sessions (3x per week – Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
      • 16 sessions (4x per week – Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)
      • 20 sessions (5x per week – Monday-Friday)
