Child Care (child drop-off)
Our current child care hours are Mon-Fri 8a-9p,
Sat 8a-2:30p, Sun 8:30a-2:30p.
This service is complementary to all our members.

CHILD CARE RULES & REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN
& PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

Parents - please understand this is not Day Care or an Afterschool Children’s Program. This is a free child care (child watching) service for the members of our Club. As such, we are not governed under the same rules or guidelines as a Day Care or Afterschool programs.

Our staff is not professionally trained the same as Day Care or Afternoon Program staff and do not have the same high credentials or screening as staff of these programs would have.

We feel that the safety and security of your children is just as important to us as it is to you.  For safety reasons staff have been put through an in-depth nation-wide criminal background check.

Our current child care hours are Mon-Fri 8a-9p, Sat 8a-2:30p, Sun 8:30a -2:30p.

Maximum amount of children in room is 30. If room is at capacity you must wait outside of room with child until spot is available. Staff will determine order of entry on first come, first serve basis.

You will be allowed to leave your child for a maximum of 90 minutes. Child must be picked up prior to or exactly at end of time frame. Due to space constraints this rule will be strictly enforced. We will keep track of tardiness.

Room is currently designed for children ages 4-12. We will have a small separate area for toddlers. Room is not set up nor is staff trained to accommodate babies, infants or children with special needs. We will try our best to accomodate when possible. Security cameras are in child care room so you can view your child from the main facility at anytime.

All parents/guardians must sign child into the room. The same parent/guardian must also sign-out child from room. This will also act as liability waiver. All parents/guardians will be issued in-house pagers when signing child into room. You must carry in-house pagers with you at all times, and return them when you come to pick-up child. Parent/guardians must remain at Club at all times. You are not allowed to leave premises without child.

We do not change diapers or assist children inside bathroom. We will escort child to and from bathroom door. They must be able to use bathroom without staff assistance. If there issues you will be paged immediately.

If your child is sick or getting sick please do not bring them into child care.

Food and drink are not allowed into room.

If child brings something into room be sure that they have it when they leave. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If we feel that your child is unruly or inappropriate in some way (hitting, language, etc) we will page parent/guardian to come and get child. If behavior continues you may lose child care privileges.

Club management reserves the right to enforce and/or amend these rules at any time. Breaking of rules may result in discontinuation of child care privileges and possible termination of membership.
